India's foreign secretary says Assam NRC will not impact Bangladesh

India's foreign secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla who is in Dhaka has publically cleared the misunderstanding on the Assam National Register of Citizens (NRC), saying it will not impact Bangladesh.
