FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - New daily cases of COVID-19 dipped in Kentucky on Tuesday, though Gov. Andy Beshear warned that the figures could fluctuate coming out of the recent holidays.
The state reported 1,781 new cases, which Beshear called the lowest Tuesday total in weeks.
