CDC advisers unanimously recommend Pfizer, Moderna COVID-19 shots for young children

A panel of advisers to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention voted unanimously on Saturday to recommend authorization of Moderna and Pfizer/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccines for use in Americans as young as 6 months.
